1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the gbajo website, mobile platform, and any services offered through or in connection with the gbajo brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

gbajo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered users will be notified by email or via an on-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an account and use the gbajo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gbajo does not permit users under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You may only hold one account on the gbajo Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must not be a person who is self-excluded from gambling, whether through gbajo's own self-exclusion programme or through any third-party responsible gaming service you have registered with.

gbajo reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any point during the registration process or at any time thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in restriction or suspension of the account until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. gbajo will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

• You must notify gbajo support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• You must not share your account with, or allow access by, any third party. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• gbajo shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• gbajo uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, you are responsible for ensuring the security of the device and internet connection you use to access the Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All transactions on the gbajo Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbajo supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. gbajo does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same verified identity as your gbajo account. gbajo does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically within the same business day. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to two business days.
• gbajo reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

gbajo offers promotional bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and reload bonuses from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (rollover), minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all gbajo bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• gbajo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free spin credit, or promotional offer at any time if it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation of a software error, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent conduct in connection with the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in all accounts and balances being voided.
• gbajo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Activation of self-exclusion is permanent for the duration of the exclusion period selected. gbajo will take all reasonable steps to enforce a self-exclusion once activated. During a self-exclusion period, the affected player will not be entitled to receive promotional communications, and any attempt to create a new account during an active exclusion period will result in that account being immediately closed and any deposited funds returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajo Platform. gbajo reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to void any winnings derived from such conduct:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error will be voided.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the gbajo Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of gbajo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without gbajo's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any gbajo intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbajo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, including downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond gbajo's reasonable control.
• Any losses you incur as a direct result of wagering on the Platform, including losses arising from your own betting decisions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

gbajo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on the gbajo Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

gbajo will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection agreements.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the gbajo Platform shall first be submitted to gbajo's customer support team for resolution. gbajo aims to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, further escalation options will be communicated to you by the support team.

gbajo makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
